### Return Policy

* Products can be returned within **3 days** of purchase with the original bill.

* Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

* School bags, water bottles, lunch boxes, stationery items, and other products are eligible for return only if they have a manufacturing defect or were supplied incorrectly.

* Customized products, printed materials, photocopies, printouts, lamination, spiral binding, and digital services are not eligible for return or refund.

* **The customer is responsible for all return shipping, courier, handling, and transportation charges. These charges are non-refundable.**

### Refund Policy

* If a returned product is approved after inspection, a refund will be processed within **3–7 business days**.

* Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.

* **Any payment gateway fees, shipping charges, packaging charges, or return handling charges may be deducted from the refund amount.**

* In some cases, store credit or product replacement may be offered instead of a cash refund.

### Exchange Policy

* Defective or damaged products can be exchanged within **7 days** of purchase.

* Customers must provide the original purchase bill for any exchange request.

* **All exchange-related shipping or transportation charges shall be borne by the customer unless the error was caused by Multi Stationary.**
