* Multi Stationary does not store customers' debit card, credit card, or banking information on its servers.

* Customers are responsible for keeping their payment credentials secure.

## 4. Failed Transactions

* If an amount is deducted from your account but the order is not confirmed, please wait for up to 7 business days for automatic reversal by your bank or payment provider.
